I have had Cencom under my apartments. I have been here 4 months. Internet has been horrible, lately a little better. But since I have been here I have called them over 20 times, at least. I'm told by the lady, they will call you when on the way, the guy also told me I will call you back once I contact someone ..still waiting . Today I was told someone coming after lunch, called back ,then she called me, stated he five minutes away. Now it's 30 min later. Nobody here!!!!! Call them voice mail. Horrible service lose internet at least once per week. Rarely do you get someone on the phone and when you leave a msg you never get a response. Â
