I DO NOT recommend Cems Agency LLC @ 676 Morris Park Ave. Maria filed my taxes in 2022. Charge almost 500.00 to do my taxes and wont answer my questions. I paid back to the state for 2022 what she told me to pay and this year 2026 I recieved a letter saying I had to pay more. I am questioning her and she said her fee is only for filing not for writing letters. I am also reporting them. You cant get a hold of them for any answers. Bad business.

I wouldn’t recommend coming here for taxes or business filings. The staff was rude and didn’t seem interested in answering my questions. I left feeling like I wasted my time — I’d suggest finding another place that actually cares about helping their clients.

The spanish lady is highly rude and don’t know how to communicate. Slammed the door on me when I did nothing but give her respect. Owner or not treat everyone with respect!

I’ve been visiting CEMS the past few years to have Maria, the owner, complete my taxes and she does a phenomenal job. She makes sure to get every detail needed and alway answers every question I have. Maria has alway been sweet, respectful and professional. And I look forward to continuing on having her complete my taxes for me.

Zeros stars would be my choice. I think the person who always helped my bf is named Maria. He goes here to send his mother in D.r. money every 2 weeks. He's been going here for more than 2 yrs. It's close to the house. Anyways she's always in a bad mood and has a bad attitude. She comes and goes as she pleases with putting a sign saying will be back even if the hours posted outside show that the business is open. Ontop of that I feel she has something against him.
