I absolutely love my bathroom now after getting these tiles from Cement Tile Shop! They had an amazing selection of patterned tiles with a lot of in stock options. Also, great customer service!
I had a shipping issue that was quickly resolved with one phone call. I answered any questions regarding the delivery and they answered any questions I had. Communication was prompt and the issue was handled professionally. This is how it should be done!
I picked my tile, Cannes III. Absolutely love the look of the tile. The problem is that it stains extremely easy and doesn’t clean well. The tile was treated / sealed several times as recommended. I did call customer service and they recommended cleaning it with Simple Green. Still not clean. It is very disappointing to spend so much money on a tile that always looks dirty and dingy. I DO NOT recommend the Cannes III. Has anyone else experienced this?
