Stephen is an outstanding physical therapist and I highly recommend him & the entire CEM team. Stephen is extremely knowledgeable, listens intently to what issues you are having and then proceeds to identify steps to improve your health issues ( my case is neck and back) and adjusts you. He works well with all ages. My physical quality of life has never been better thanks to Stephen.
I've been a patient of Rob's for over 15 years. He is the best therapist ever and has helped me with a variety of issues. He pushes his patients to work hard and get the best results possible. DO NOT GO!!! Robert made very uncomfortable advances when he was doing my physical therapy. Extremely unprofessional and disgusting behavior from someone married with kids. From what I hear around town, I’m not the only one who experienced this. Repulsive behavior
However is at the front desk may need to take CRM Classes! What a way to loose a customer. They transferred me to her to book an appointment, I am a first time customer, and she was so sassy and with the worst terrible attitude for no reason. The goal is to book people, not to push them away. What a terrible experience.
