I took my laptop there for repairs, and while they fixed the original issue, when I picked it up and turned it on, it was asking for a password that I never had. When I went back to the store to ask for help, they told me I had to pay extra to remove it, which I find unacceptable. I definitely won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for honest and transparent service.
