Absolutely horrible experience with this company. They booked me on a load that no one else was willing to take. I drove 200 miles only to be removed from the load. The rate confirmation showed pickup between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. I was only 35 minutes late to the ETA—which stands for Estimated Time of Arrival—but they still pulled me from the load. It seems like they just found someone cheaper and dumped us. I do not recommend working with them. Absolutely terrible. Such a disrespect.
