The team was proactive from day one and made the entire process of securing my first property smooth and stress free. Post settlement, they identified an overpayment and promptly brought it to my attention. That level of honesty, professionalism, and integrity is rare, and I genuinely appreciate the outstanding service they provided.
Absolutely abysmal service. They could not manage a simple conveyancing matter to change ownership of a property into one name. Not only did their mistakes delay settlement but they now owe me money after incorrectly invoicing. Some 3 weeks later they rarely respond and I will apparently receive the money owed at an unknown date in the future.
