“I’m supposed to have sore legs and a stiff back and shoulders at this age”, “I don’t need a massage”. These are phrases I’ve said to my wife many times. And then she made me an appointment at Celtic Knot. Not only was the massage great, the communication during the massage helped me understand why I was having issues with mobility in my legs and stiffness in my back and shoulders.
