They seem to lack the knowledge I am left wondering how they stay in business
We rented from Celski and Associates for a little over a year and had numerous problems. They were often really slow about responding to maintenance requests and kept showing up without giving notice, including scaring me by being in the backyard without warning while I was taking a nap. When our air conditioner went out during the heat wave in July our property manager Jennifer June straight up lied to me and told me she had called to make an appointment to get it fixed, but she never did. When we signed the lease Celski agent Jennifer June told us the landlord would take care of the yard or take $50/ month off the rent and have us do it. Once we moved in she said the landlord (illegally) decided we should do it for free, but he would buy us a mower. He never bought the mower. When we moved in the "yard" was nothing but rocks and 3ft tall weeds. We never touched the yard, and now that we moved out they have (again illegally) taken an extra $100 dollars from our deposit for the yard. We have documentation that ... read more
