Je pensais devoir faire rĂ©parer et faire changer la prise de connexion. Suite Ă mon appel on me suggère de passer en disant qu’il faut tenter en premier de dĂ©loger la pièce. Je m’y suis rendue et avec soulagement, on a pu retirer la pièce coincĂ©e et on m’a chargĂ© un frais minime de nettoyage. Merci!Â
