Terrible "service" !!! I called them with a few very simple questions and no help! They actually hung up on me. Said I had to go in but I think being on disability leave (so trying to avoid actually going before I know they can actually help me) and them having a phone number, one would think they could at least provide some service. I am going to Gaudet!
They sold me a screen protector (tampered glass) but it's only a piece of plastic just like the manufacturer would put on new phone .paid 22$ plus taxes for a piece of plastic, I'm discussted by them for selling me something like that
Astounding service from beginning to end, exceptionally quick turn round time, kept informed by email of progress, couldn't fault anything, phone now perfect and surprisingly cleaned whilst there, many thanks.
