The gentleman reset my phone so that my cellular would accept answering messages. Otherwise it was not accepting so he was gracious enough to help me great service.
Received excellent customer service. Purchased case for phone I had just bought. 2 days later I decided to change the phone. Cellular care exchanged the case with no issues. Thank You
I would give 0 stars! Absolutely crap service and the employees know nothing! Charged me $40 to open my phone, disconnect everything and reconnect it, got my phone on and it went into boot loop again and they told me the motherboard was fried and that I wouldn't get anything back off my phone. I took it to another company who changed the battery, got my phone working and recovered all my data. Take your phones anywhere else other than here. Scam artists.
Got my iPhone back replaced today, price and service!! Would recommend to anyone!
