Called to get a quote. The guy just answered the phone and quietly said “hey” as if it was his personal phone. Asked him a few questions about the products they use, how long repairs take and if they are actual Apple products. His response was very mono and one word answers. Needless to say with customer service like that and a carelessness of how to represent a company I surely won’t trust them with my personal belongings.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! If I could give negative stars I would. I called this place and was immediately disrespected by the male worker so I hung up. I came in this store later and it was the most horrid customer service ever. I walk in to downgrade and trade them a brand new iPhone 12, absolutely perfect condition, only problem with it is its snapchat device banned. Traded in a iphone 12 in perfectly fine condition only thing wrong with it was (snap was device banned), they gave me a iphone 11 pro and i had to pay a 100$ fee for it still. MIND YOU the iphone 11 after i got it face id did not work and the phone was very slow, AND THEN AUDIO DIDNT EVEN WORK. fast forward to today its been a couple months and the phone screen now has pink lines all over it and randomly clicks on things glitching out, i did not drop this phone or anything it just started doing this. he sold me the phone say... read more
