I went in after the screen in my Pixel 6 went out during the 4th of July weekend. I dropped it on the 4th, called and walked in on the 5th and spoke with Matthew. He didn't have any screens available for my phone but ordered it right at that moment for it to be overnighted. I had my phone better than new on the 6th! He was extremely pleasant and professional!
