By far the best experience I've had fixing my phone during my travels. His exceptional service and human empthy made a loyal customer out me. He over delivered beyond my expectations. I was able to enjoy the movie themed waiting room, a safe inclusive environment. He promptly ordered the parts for my Pixel 9 pro, my phone returned to me within 48 hrs. I attempted to get this fixed in Singapore, Malaysia and Chengdu. It only took one determined Sean for a fix to completion. Looking forward to bringing more devices.
