June 9 2026 I showed up during his lunch break and there was a sign with a phone number so I called it and he said it would be about 30 minutes until he came back. An hour and 10 minutes later he looked at my watch (which has a battery issue) and said to try replacing the charger. The customer service lady from the day before was great, she was super kind and was quick to get me a time to return. The owner was out getting parts. The shop smelled like smoke or weed and I waited an hour after being told only 30 minutes.
Very impressed with their service! Repaired 2 of my phones that I thought would be garbage and helped with some information transfer from a shattered phone. Would recommend them 100%. You guys are the best!
Hostile Owner – Terrible Experience - Lost Hundreds On March 11, 2026, I brought three iPads to Cellular Nerds for screen replacements.
