I had my phone screen replaced here, and the repair itself was done quickly, which I appreciated. However, I’m very disappointed that no one told me before the repair that replacing the screen would disable my Face ID. If I had been informed ahead of time, I could have made an informed decision or explored other options. Instead, I found out afterward, which left me feeling misled. Good customer service includes being upfront about important consequences of a repair, and unfortunately, that didn’t happen in my experience.
My son took his ps5 to get fixed. He was so bored without it because he was home on chemo and they were so helpful and got it fixed quickly! I really appreciate them!

After an exhausting hour dealing with Verizon trying to replace my phone due to a defective battery (their words), my partner decided to see if these folks could help us out. Within 2 minutes, the problem was solved & he was out the door at no charge. They will be our go to from now on!
