I’m updating my original review to be fair and accurate. At first, I was extremely upset because we were given the wrong phone. While it was in our possession, the phone was wiped clean, I was locked out of my iCloud, and the device was not functioning properly. Ok it's been a bumpy road with this cell phone screen repair but they have been good about my repairs. I took it in the first time and they replaced it cheaper than anywhere else. I dropped it again a week later and they repaired it and didn't charge the labor. And when it went out again less than a week later, they covered it under the repair warranty and fixed it for free. So 5 stars. Thanks guys. My phone might be cursed but that's not your fault

I brought my iPhone in to get the Face ID repaired and was quoted $60. When I picked it up, they suddenly said it was only $20—which already felt off. But the real issue is much worse. When I dropped my phone off, it was fully functional aside from the Face ID and was signed into my own iCloud. When I got it back, the screen was fixed—but the phone was now locked to a completely different iCloud account. It says “iPhone locked by owner,” making the phone completely unusable.
