This family-owned company has almost 500 4.9 star reviews for a reason: They are great! I may have had to wait for my phone to be repaired (I had a burner in the interim), but that is only because 1. the tech was in Tennessee taking a soldering class and 2. they had to order my screen. The results though were amazing. Thanks, guys!
About a month or two ago, I called Cellular ER to see if they could fix my phone screen. They told me to bring it in the same day, and to my surprise, they had it fixed in under an hour! Fast forward to a few days ago, I accidentally ran over my phone with my truck, and the screen stopped working. I called Hudson again, and once more, I was blown away. I came to get my camera lens repaired on Monday 7/21/25. I was told the repair would take about an hour and Hudson showed me my camera that had 1 or 2 little spots on it (as seen in photo with the dog) and told me that was from debris getting in the camera and he couldn’t get those to go away but he would go ahead and fix it. The whole process ended up taking 3 1/2hrs and my phone camera is almost unusable now as there are dark big spots all over every photo I take.
