I didn't even make it in the door. The associate was outside the door and asked what he could do to help. I told him that I needed the screen removed and a sticker removed from the back of a new display that I had installed. I've replaced a TON of phone screens, but didn't have time to do it myself. Chose to come here because of the good reviews. However, the guy said that "even as a professional, removing the screen would probably break it." They replaced my phones screen with a cheap one that doesn’t register touch well. The screen is incredibly hard to interact with, and they charged me over double the price of a normal screen replacement part. I don’t know how this place has so many good reviews. They’ve turned to cheap products I guess. Scummy tactics all-around from this place
I can’t say enough kind words about Hudson. I work HVAC so unfortunately it is rough on my phone. Hudson has replaced 4 screens for me to date. We did have one incident where a screen was not working properly a month after install and he made it right with a brand new screen all it took was a phone call and he told me to bring it in it was fixed with an hour. I will never go to another person again for phone repair.
