Cellrox messed up my repair and won’t own up to it. No refund, no fix, just excuses. Wouldn’t recommend.
Brought my phone to Cellrox for a charging port repair — after that, it overheated, lagged, and stopped holding charge. They denied everything, and now my whole phone might be ruined.
Terrible service. Got completely scammed — avoid Cellrox at all costs.
Awful experience. Paid for a repair and ended up with more problems than I started with — never going back.
I brought my phone in to get the screen replaced, and honestly, I regret it. While the staff seemed polite at first, the actual repair was subpar. The screen wasn’t properly aligned, and a slight gap now exists between the glass and the frame. Within a few hours, I also noticed that my battery was draining and the phone was getting hot, problems I didn't have before.
