They do not fix their mistakes. I took in my tablet for a screen replacement. The Screen was dim. I took it back they said it wasn't the screen that it was a true tone sensor. This is a samsung tablet they do not have tone. They were charging $300 to send it to samsung to fix it. BS. I also took an iPad to replace the charging port. They replaced it and now it has to go in a certain way or else it won't charge.
