I can't even tell you how grateful I am for this store, especially for Louis and his technician. My phone had liquid damage, and the Samsung Authorized Service Center uBreakiFix had already given up after their first attempt. Someone from another uBreakiFix told me to bring it to this store where I talked to Louis, who was willing to give it a go. My data was back! Hallelujah! 🙏🙏 They sell all sorts of cell phones and accessories, both iPhone and Android, for both retail and wholesale. I'm totally impressed! 👍💪❤️🙏
The best in the business around here, was referred by another vendor who couldn’t fix the phone, Louis and his team made the impossible possible fixing my extremely water damaged phone to a state to recover the data after working around various issues and coming up with creative options. Highly recommend, quality job and affordable prices.
I purchased an iPad Mini that was supposedly unlocked and 10/10. I went to activate the cellular feature and it was blacklisted. I was finally able to connect with Louis and he couldn't have been nicer. He agreed to refund my purchase even though I offered just to swap for another. Great way to do business
Luis was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in regards to my situation. He came up with several different solutions to try and methodically solved the issue with my phone. Not only was he able to solve my issue, but it was very inexpensive and time efficient. I would happily give them my business again, and intend to whenever I require such services. Plus the store itself was clean and Luis was super respectful.
