Sam Computers & Phones was the first used/refurbished store I’ve ever shopped with. They were patient with me and gave me ample time to decide on a laptop during a very busy time & the store was packed. They were very knowledgeable in all the products I was asking about. The 30 day warranty adds peace of mind to buy a used product. I ended up buying a Lenovo Thinkpad T490s, it came with a new 65 watt charger. I believe I was helped by Ayaz and he was great!
