Had the pleasure of meeting Zaid when my phone was about to die. He kindly let me charge it at his kiosk, no hesitation. Incredibly helpful, kind, and genuine. Truly went out of his way to help. Great customer service and an even better person!
Untrustworthy and unprofessional – avoid this place. My husband took his completely broken phone here — both the front and back screens were shattered, including the camera. We explained clearly to the man working there that we only wanted the phone repaired if it could be restored to working condition. If not, we asked him not to do anything and not to charge us.
