Usman was very friendly and very helpful. He took his time to explain everything to us and deleted some apps that weren't even necessary. My wife needed a new case and there was none in the kiosk.. he went someplace to a storage room and found one in my color and size for my phone. We are very happy with our service.
Hashir was great! It took a whole week and many hours of work to fix a phone I brought to them. Truthfully, I didn't think it would be fixable, but he went above and beyond to get it done (and was at least $100 less than nearby stores offered to fix it at). Note: the phone was a Samsung A23. Parts weren't easily available anywhere, and they still were able to fix it. Thank you!
