He left for 10 minutes and didn't come to his work place for about an hour! He waited an hour and still didn't come! - does not have professionalism

I got my iPhone 11 back repaired there yesterday, the man who did my phone was very nice and did a good job. He even threw in a free screen protector for me because the appointment took a little longer than expected. I would recommend for a good affordable repair.
