I brought my phone to get a screen replaced. They installed the wrong screen, it was missing the fingerprint scanner. Then tell me they have to order a screen and I have come back on Tuesday. I come back on Tuesday and the screen is out for delivery. Just a tip, if the part is getting delivered Tuesday tell the person to come back Wednesday as things happen with deliveries. Not even one star. DO NOT GO THERE! I paid $140 to repair the cracked glass on the back of my phone. Less than a week later, it cracked again, even though my phone was protected by a case. When I returned, the technician insisted I had broken it myself instead of acknowledging that the material or sealing was clearly defective. If I could give zero stars, I would. I dropped off my tablet to get the screen fixed, and they completely messed up the button. They kept it for TWO WEEKS, and when I went to pick it up, they told me to “come back tomorrow” — three days in a row. In the end, they gave me back my tablet still broken, with no refund, no explanation, no nothing.And to top it all off, every time they told me “give me 20 minutes, we’ll be right back with the tablet,” they would just disappear. I got water damage to my iPhone, and went to Cellaxs Phone Repair at Tysons Corner Mall on the 2nd floor by Talbots. The gentleman there (AK and Ammar) were able to dry out my water damaged iPhone and replaced the damaged components of my iPhone with new components and restored my iPhone to work now as if it were brand new. Terrible experience. I was told to come back in 30 minutes, then 20 minutes, then the next day. Each time I showed up, he wasn’t ready or was running late. When I finally tried the phone, the screen didn’t even work. On top of that, he was rude. I ended up telling him to forget it and just give me my phone back. Would not recommend.
