I appreciate their honesty. The tech tried to fix my iPhone with a new battery but quickly discovered it was a bigger problem than that. Handed me my phone back and said he could not fix it. Other places were going to charge just to look. Thank you for saving me money.

Very unprofessional, had his air pods in the whole time and repeatedly ignored me to talk to someone on the phone. Kept giving me different prices and didn't know what was wrong with the phone. He went to the bathroom mid opening the phone. Worst repair store I've ever been to.
