Useless. Walked in for a repair. No one at the booth. Called, sent to voice mail. Going somewhere else.
I walked into the mall in a stress-ball, having JUST dropped my S23 ultra phone and cracked the screen. I was hosed. I Googled "Cell repair" Before arriving and it led me to this place. A wonderful polite, young gentlemen replaced my screen in 15 min for $220 and I could have hugged him, I was so happy. He was calm, pleasantly talkative, and it helped me relax. I walked out one happy customer. I highly recommend taking your phone to this kiosk for repairs. There were cheaper options, as well.
I brought my iPhone here to do a simple camera glass swap, now the camera focus no longer works.
Resist! Charged $40 more than Apple dealership, battery loses power quickly and the iPhone can’t communicate with the bettery in settings. Not compatible. Total ripoff. Can I leave a negative zero score for all the frustration and inconvenience?
Thank you for leaving a lightning charger at your kiosk. I was stranded at the mall with a dead phone toward the end of the day, a friend was supposed to be coming to pick me up, but I had no way of reaching him. I looked for the Apple Store but it was gone. Nobody in the entire mall had a charger and I had just about given up hope when all of a sudden, there yours was, a beacon in what would have been a very horrible night.
