Thank you for leaving a lightning charger at your kiosk. I was stranded at the mall with a dead phone toward the end of the day, a friend was supposed to be coming to pick me up, but I had no way of reaching him. I looked for the Apple Store but it was gone. Nobody in the entire mall had a charger and I had just about given up hope when all of a sudden, there yours was, a beacon in what would have been a very horrible night. The man working the shop did an amazing job repairing my phone but it was expensive for both repairs but now my phone keeps leaving me in sos in areas that it would usually have service in and keeps disconnecting from my wife at home so it is worth it for the phone repair but some things may be left damaged or not repaired
$35 to clean out the USB port on my phone, has to be one of the most ridiculous charges for that service, but my bad for not asking how much before I asked for it to be done. The agent was on his phone the entire time through 2 visits, because of course he couldn't have just taken 2 min to do it with me there, I had to come back and it still wasn't done an hour later, but whatever, it works again. I just won't be going back there that's for sure.
Fixed my phone camera lens so fast. If only he was at his kiosk, so that I could get another replacement one for the same phone.
