Would not recommend would say go anywhere else, but here they left my top speaker loose one of my screws, hanging halfway out and stripped, And now my Face ID does not work and I can’t use my tap to pay and every couple minutes the screen becomes unresponsive, and I have to either restart or turn the screen on and off, just for it to register my touches which it barely does would recommend spending more to get an actual legit screen and not an LCD that sticks up out of the face of your phone, Have had issues with both times ... read more

If I could give 0 stars I will! DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO JOT EVER GET ANYTHING FIX WITH THEM!! I told the lady I would go somewhere else but he wouldn’t leave me alone so I went ahead and let them fix my screen they have no idea what they are doing and now I have to go somewhere else after they messed my screen up! It blacks out and won’t come on and the keyboard is messed up!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! They do not answer the phone at all!
Zero stars! Overpriced, and horrible customer service. Everything they sell in their store. You can get off Amazon for a fraction of the price.
One star is too good. Negative stars would be closer to the truth. One of the worst busineses in town and this is a big town. They have had my wife's phone for almost a month and it is not fixed. Every day more excuses and lies. Every word they say is a lie. They are not nice people, either. Manager was very rude to my wife and called me a liar. Still trying to get the unrepaired phone back but they delay and delay. I don't even want it fixed now, I just want it back. Do yourself a big favor and avoid Cellaxs.
