Edit: new issue discovered today, my camera no longer initiates. Rather than giving them a third attempt I've taken my phone elsewhere and was able to get it repaired quickly. If you have a Samsung you'll save yourself a lot of frustration by going elsewhere. I did end up with a fixed screen at the end of the experience, but the interaction was uniquely frustrating.
