I never have had to leave a bad review ive been fortunate to have pleasant experiences with other business .. but this place is the worst and should be out of business , the company buys everything fake and doesn’t tell people. At least not the guy who works there who is a liar . He sold my little girls fake labubu and knew what he was doing I went back to try and get my hard earned money back and he said no returns. Absolutely great service!! Quick repair and basically have everything needed for the iPhone 17 pro max.
Absolutely the worst service available. Please take your phone somewhere else. They kept my phone for almost 2 weeks, couldn’t locate it, shipped it to another location, and then got rude and nasty with me every time I asked about my phone. I’m still trying to get it back! Stay away from the Cellaxs Dadeland location.
Overpriced, Poor-Quality Screen Replacement & Dishonest Service I brought in my iPhone 13 for a screen replacement. They first said it would cost $150, but then offered a cash discount of $130. I was told the phone would be ready in 30 minutes. When I picked it up, the phone was unlocked (which concerns me), and I had to ask three times before they finally gave me a receipt. this place is VERY UNPROFFESSIONAL ,I droped off my phone while i did some shopping after an hour & half i picked up the phone 1/2 later screen did Not work , this is my Work Phone , I returned the next day 10am NO ONE THERE i call the tech tells me to go AFTER 5, got there at 8 pm to be TREATED SO DISRESTPECTABLE I TOOK my Phone Back & left . this place Lie & Yes I was Chargerd more than the QUOTE . HORRIBLE & VERY STRESSFULL EXPERIENCE .
