10/1 UPDATE: TRUE SCAMMERS. No changes after contacting corporate. Make up prices in their head and haggle until they can make a sale. Advise you look up market price when they give you a quote. Stay away!! 9/10 UPDATE: Was able to get in contact corporate. They assured me the issues I described below would be addressed. SCAMMERS, stay away! They sell fake AirPods and charge you fake fees. I literally wish I could give this place a zero star review. My son broke the back of his iPhone while at the mall, so we decided to check with this kiosk. I told the lady helping us that I had an appointment and couldn't wait long, she said 40 min no problem. After 45 min we went to check. 15 more min. Checked again. 10 more min....u get the idea.
