I’ve been here since they 11am and no one is here. I gqve the employee my phone and said I could come tomorrow since my pay day didn’t arrive at that moment. I really need that phone. All my information is in it and I need it today asap. My cards and files are in there and he even told me he would be here. I’m getting stressed out and frustrated. AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS I brought my phone, which had gotten wet, in for repair. They diagnosed that the charging system was bad, $150 to repair. I said fine. Once the charging system was fixed, the screen was clearly dead, so I said ok to fix that too for $60. It took almost 2 weeks to get both things done and I was about to leave on vacation, which I informed them about. They insisted on cash for payment. So I gave them $210 in cash and went on vacation. Brought ipad Sunday with cracked screen . Told be ready Monday. Called tuesday after no word and said tomorrow. Went to mall at 5 pm and store closed. No answer of muliple calls and no voice mail. Best case awful service and worst case a scam. Avoid at all costs
When are you open? I’ve come twice now during hours and you’re closed. Your mailbox is full too. Please let me know when I can come by.
