Third time I’m coming here today.. didn’t even drop my phone and it’s already cracked on the back glass again, expect either a refund or a free repair when I’m arrive today, completely over it.
Beware this place! I brought a phone in to get the charge port replaced, and afterwards the whole phone was a mess. Sound was messed up (calls go through but no sound), calls working only intermittently, and text messaging working only intermittently. When you trust someone to do the work they advertise, they should know what they are doing!
I took my iPad here for a battery replacement which they did but when my iPad turned on it had screen damage that it didn’t have before. I of course couldn’t prove it because it didn’t tuned on due to the battery been dead. But I had used the iPad a week before and it was fine. Nevertheless I came home with a replaced battery but a damaged screen they would not acknowledge it was their fault
My iPhone was repaired here about a week ago, and since then the back camera is unusable. They simply repaired the glass cover over the lens but now it won’t switch between front to back camera. i can’t use it at all for anything. i called them today and left a voicemail. hopefully this can be resolved otherwise ill be pretty disappointed. something that was quick and easy has turned into me losing an entire function of my phone.
