Based on the other reviews, we were skeptical of this place. Yeah, I didn't really trust leaving my son's iPad there. The person there insisted that the touchpad must be broken because it wasn't working to unlock the screen (we couldn't remember the passcode at the time). I tried explaining that iPads and iPhones require the passcode to open when they've been turned off but he didn't seem to believe me. I’ve gotten multiple repairs here, never had a bad experience. Fair prices, quick service, good repairs.
Edit: received no phone call so we stopped while at the mall. Dealt with a different gentleman who wanted to try and tell me it was the right screen or the touch wouldn’t work. I told him no it’s not the correct screen. He wanted to give excuses, so I got a bit heated with him. He eventually changed it out and seems to be the correct screen now. I still WILL NEVER go back to this place for anything! Went to get a new screen for iPhone 13, incorrect screen put on. Guy said he would order a new screen and we need to come back ... read more
Went to the mall to get my front and back iphone screen repaired as well as the camera. I was told the price would be 50 dollars for the camera but he would give it to me for 30 this time. 150 for the front screen to be replaced and 150 for the back. He told me he could fix it and I could pick it up the next day. The next day he called me and said it would be at 4:30. When I showed up at 4:30 he had only fixed the camera and said he couldn’t fix the back screen but the front would be fixed in 10 minutes. He also said it woul... read more
