I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience at the Cellaxs kiosk at the Mall of Georgia. I came in on June 21st for a $30 diagnostic on my iPhone 13 Pro after water exposure. I was told if a battery replacement was needed, it would be around $89. I agreed ONLY to the diagnostic. The technician (AK, who is also the manager) told me it would take 30 minutes and that he would call me when it was ready. He never called.
