Don't drop off phone here! I went to kiosk to see about battery replacement. I was told 30 minutes. I went back, would be done 1-2 hours. Went back, was told it would be 2-3 more hours, and would be handled by store on other side of mall. Went back, was told it would be 3 more days. Called/Texted - no response. Went back. Was told it would be 2 more days. Called/Texted - no response. Went back. This continued for 3 weeks. $150 dollars and 3 weeks later, battery replaced, but phone won't turn on!

Zero stars l went for a replacement of a screen they broke the screen while putting it, they didnt want to give us the deposit or fix it with a new screen.
Mobin was amazing with customer service and great prices I even got a TEMPER GLASS free included with my purchas and cleaned my phone ! 😍 THANK YOU MOBIN AT CELLAXS IN ALBUQUERQUE 🙏
