Poor communication and disappointing service. I took my Samsung Note 20 in for repair because the battery had expanded and would no longer hold a charge. I received a semi-reasonable quote and brought it to their shop located in the Plaza Mall. Within about 20 minutes, my phone was repaired. The technician turned it on and asked me to check it. Mi teléfono se reiniciaba cada 3 minutos, fui a que le hicieran un diagnóstico , fueron muy pacientes, me explicaron muchas posibles causas , lo dejé ese día y al día siguiente ya había quedado y funcionado muy bien , siempre mantuvieron comunicación conmigo, y muy buen precio !!!
