First off they clone your phone so when it came time to trade in my phone I couldn’t get anything for it because it was no longer the original phone I had on my account wrong imei listed on the device which means they switched my phone out. Predatory business practices and taking advantage of a teenager Absolutely appalling experience at Cellaxs (K1 CM location, Denver West Mall). My 15 yo son was buying a case for his very first phone with his own hard-earned savings. When we politely asked the cashier how much the cases cost, he completely ignored the question. My fiancé brought his iPhone into cellaxs for a screen replacement because the screen was cracked, but the phone itself worked perfectly. Face ID worked, the phone stayed powered on, and there were no other issues before the repair. He was sold what we were told was an OLED replacement screen. Immediately after the repair, Face ID stopped working, the screen would randomly go black, and the phone would repeatedly shut itself down. My husband went to get his phone screen repaired and because he broke it at work and they charged $100 to do the screen repair. A few weeks later the screen has the purple screen of death, resets and doesn’t have cell service now. He can’t be on his phone more than 2 minutes before it resets.
