I have an LG Stylos 5 and I needed it fixed right away because people couldn't hear me when I called but I could hear them just fine. So I took it too Cellaxs at Market Place mall and the dude there hooked me up. I found out I had a faulty microphone installed in my phone when I had it repaired at a different shop regarding my charge port. The first person I spoke to assured me that the motherboard was fine. He kept my tablet for a week. When I called to pick it up, I learned they had replaced the battery and screen but that didn’t solve the issue. I asked if there was anything else he could do, and he said he would need to keep it for another week, which I accepted.
