iPhone 15 with a shattered back glass was the initial repair. Honestly, the work was done fast and at a reasonable price... but the "fix" created a lot of additional problems. It was "fixed" but they severed the wire to the volume up button, the phone started overheating, and now will shut down within 2 minutes of use. Battery life has diminished from hours to minutes. To boot every time we call to get it fixed, they ask us to bring the phone in but we live over an hour away. We have been there 3 different times and still to... read more

Very friendly and accommodating:)
Screen repair on OnePlus Nord 5g, screen now locks up and takes hard reset to fix. Took back and they took phone apart, checked it and gave it back with no SIM card. Phone for 79 year old mom and didn't notice SIM until next day. Retrieved SIM card back and instantly locked up. Phone never locked up before new screen... Ugh
