DONT EVER REPLACE YOUR GLASS SCREEN OR GLASS BACK PART OF YOUR PHONE WITH THEM!!!!! I replaced the back glass of my iPhone with them and they insisted on a 30 day warranty. The glass broke very easily I was wearing a case and it still broke. When I go back, they said that the person who fixed it for me wasn’t working there anymore and that they were under different management. Paid over 100$ to get it replaced and said that couldn’t honor that warranty. They just gave me a customer service number who never picked up.

ok, so reading about cellax, and having gotten an LCD screen replacement here: the quality of repair service seems heavily dependent on the worker on shift, I got lucky to have my repair by an excellent man, I wish I got his first name, because he deserves credit To his employers: reward the man on repair duty around 1:30 & 2:00 PM on 9/20/2025, not a single problem others mentioned with their repairs (a new problem being introduced due to worker accidents, etc) was caused to my phone, meanwhile, your business reputation too... read more
Great prices and products! They have a case for every iPhone you can think of and they’re e awesome
I bought a MagSafe phone case from them. Within just a few hours the magnetic ring was falling off. When I purchased the case they never said final sale or that I would only be able to exchange it. I didn’t want to exchange it so that this part could fall off again. When I questioned their policy on returns they tried to show me where the piece of paper was hidden so that a normal person wouldn’t have seen it and there was nothing on the receipt about no returns either.
