I bought a MagSafe phone case from them. Within just a few hours the magnetic ring was falling off. When I purchased the case they never said final sale or that I would only be able to exchange it. I didn’t want to exchange it so that this part could fall off again. When I questioned their policy on returns they tried to show me where the piece of paper was hidden so that a normal person wouldn’t have seen it and there was nothing on the receipt about no returns either. Just so reliable
Told me my phone would be $100 for repair and free phone case charged me $200 and tried getting me to tip him $50 phone is already not in mint condition due to this place
Negative Stars!!! I payed $110 for two protectors and two cases was told I would have lifetime warranty on screen protectors. Within two days my screen “protector” cracked in my bag. I came back to the kiosk for my lifetime warranty and was told they were going to charge me another $20 when the same guy told me they would change for free. I could see if I had dropped it or was reckless with my phone but it literally cracked in my bag!!! I wish I could give a negative rating. I paid to have my screen repaired, but instead of fixing it, they made the problem worse. When I returned to have it corrected, they refused to take responsibility or help. This place is a waste of time and money—they didn’t fix my phone, they damaged it further.
