Rude, rude, rude and more rude!! I was looking for a case for my iPhone 16 pro max and he had a small selection. Tried to sell me something I didn’t want, then when I declined and wanted to look at other options, he busted off with an attitude and turned his back on me to help someone else.
I would give 0 stars if I could. My son had his screen repaired last week and today it stopped working. Went into the store and they refused to honor the 60 day warranty. The guy refused to give a managers name or email to get in contact with anyone. Place is a scam!
I had a bad experience with the associate. He was not busy at all, spent less than 5 minutes showing me the selection of cases for my Samsung phone, and then caught an attitude when I declined to pay $40 for a cheap hybrid case with no screen protector.
Took a iPad and he argue and yell at us over a mistake he did and caused to the iPad .. he didn’t communicate with us and then wanted to double charge price! I don’t recommend not to go to this please again
Super fast cell phone repair..new screen, glass, and rear of my phone in 30 minutes!!
