The guy is super chill. I asked for a screen replacement on a iPhone 15 pro and he quoted me much cheaper than the competition and replaced it in like 10 mins right in front of me at the desk. However, I didn't like the screen module he installed, so he popped the old damaged screen back in with no qualms; He didn't even want anything for the 20mins of labor. Late review 02/2025: Aziz is an excellent salesman, I will give him that. I received a new phone screen and battery, and unfortunately, the brand new battery doesn’t hold a charge, despite being a brand new OEM part. This has caused a huge disruption to me and the many events and appointments and activities I have going on. For $206.48 (minus the screen) I expect so much more.
I have got great phone cases from here and screen protector. I came here one time to get my phone screen replacement because it shattered and the screen. Two men started an argument with me over what the price should be for screen replacement and with each other. I felt yelled at. The screen they installed was yellow, and I had to return it for that reason.
Went in to get my phone fixed, screen replacement. Seems ok didn’t glitch, remind you it was locked for an hour after being able to get into it, my apps are glitching phone non stop won’t stop glitching and apps keep moving up and down. When I mentioned coming back, he swears I must of dropped it. No why would I drop it when I just paid for it o get fixed day before, mall was closed couldn’t call back y’all were already closed!
