Rude, condescending manager, Kelly. After being told yesterday by another employee there and at another store, how to fix a problem with an incorrectly provided product, and to speak with Kelly today, my partner was told in no uncertain terms today by her she WASN'T going to fix it. It was a case of her not being bothered to help a customer. This is not conducive to keeping customers.
