Lady with two different shades of coloured hair (blonde and black) seems miserable and hates her job or her life one of the two l'll let the next person who visits guess hahaha
The shop is fine, but it's pretty ridiculous that they often lock the door and make you order from the window. Tonight, there was a queue of people, each asking the assistant to read out the selection of Pinot Gris and Grigios, 6:30 in the evening in Manly hardly warrants such measures and I've not seen this sort of thing elsewhere.
The lady that runs the one by the Woolies does not appear to enjoy customer service.
Very rude staff. The lady with the red hair and glasses shouldn't be in a customer service position. Get some manners!
