Worst service ever. Closed at 3pm on Saturday afternoon with a back in 5 minutes sign. A whole heap of people and us waited for way over 20 minutes. He finally came back. No apology nothing. I said just an apology for keeping us waiting would be nice. He said he was in the toilet ( for 25 minutes). Look I've worked in retail for many years. Tried to use a voucher pre Xmas. Was declined. Blamed it on head office. Went back today, and the voucher worked. Meathead behind the counter lied twice before we pushed him to try it. Then lied again after trying to say it was Westpacs issue, not theirs. Not ok.
