Absolutely shocking customer service. The owner was rude, arrogant and acted like he was the only place in Australia selling BuzzBallz. They’re massively overpriced here when you can get them cheaper just down the road at Pre Mix King in Corio. I asked a simple question and instead of answering it professionally, the owner mocked me and asked if I was a comedian. Completely unnecessary and unprofessional. I won’t be spending another dollar here. Save yourself the money and the attitude go to Pre Mix King instead.

This store has some of the best deals around for beers. But the problem I noticed multiple times was that the staff is only respectful to a certain ethnicity of people. They try to belittle and make fun of everyone else. I never had a good experience here because of that.
