Absolutely no customer service. They just sit behind their computer screen and only look up when someone is ready to pay. No product knowledge when you ask any questions either. Not even a smile or a thank you. Best off going to Elwood Wine & Spirits just down the road.
Great Store, friendly and knowledgeable staff with a great selection of everything, wines especially!
Fantastic selection of wine, beer and whiskey. Most knowledgeable and friendliest staff in the area.
Awesome wine shop. One of the best in Melbourne, lots of great local and international wine. Super friendly owner and staff too.
Great selection and friendly staff. Our local 😊
