Miserable bunch behind the counter, no personality, it’s not hard!!
This USED to be one of the better locations in the region for craft beer. Recently (perhaps management change?) they have cut their selection dramatically, removing what was for me and Im sure many others, the only reason to visit this particular store. Staff are always friendly and helpful, certainly not their fault.
What a miserable store. Three staff behind the counter, not a hello, acknowledgement, can I help you. Went to pay, all I got from the staff was “need a receipt or anything?” Sure it was a straight forward no fuss transaction but come on guys have some personality.
