I just wanted to leave a review for Darrin because his service was absolutely incredible. I’d had a pretty rough day, and he genuinely went above and beyond to help me. He was so kind, friendly and thoughtful, and what probably felt like a small gesture to him made such a difference to my day. It’s rare to come across customer service that feels this genuine. Darrin is an absolute credit to the team and deserves to be recognised. Thank you so much for your kindness, people like you are rare
Great beer & whisky and convenient location best
When I walked in I attempted to speak at the person at the counter. Unbeknownst to me he was on the phone on speaker, while at the front counter. Was then very rude when I attempted to speak to him, barking at me that he was on the phone. Hang up or hold your call when someone walks in buddy. I can see that I’m not the first one to leave a review about this bloke.
Friendly staff
Great range for a small local bottle shop. Very convenient and great service.
